Return & Refund Policy

At Fin-Shoppe, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    • Returns are not accepted for innerwear, socks, hygiene-sensitive products, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of prepaid orders, delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must wait to receive the item and then request a return.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our delivery partner.
